Welcome to a new and unique Martial Arts school! Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Arts with a rich history that has lasted over 2,300 years. Through the spread of Taekwondo, it has become one of the most popular martial arts of recent times, and is a full medal sport in the Olympic Games.
Jay's Taekwondo was founded in 1977 in Fairbanks, Alaska. Since that time, Jay's Taekwondo has spread to Elmendorf, Fort Rich, Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, Palmer, Germany, Hawaii, Indiana and Milwaukee.
As a new student with Jay's Taekwondo, you have lots to learn ahead of you! The introductory video on this page will help introduce you to our school, give you some basic information to start, and give you some insight about what there is to look forward to at Jay's Taekwondo.
